Hi,

I currently have a domain registration and power plan that are both suspended. How do I unsuspend them?

Hello aray,

As the answer will be very specific to each account, it will take a Systems Administrator to investigate the two accounts and give you the exact details.

You will want to contact the Live Support team by phone (888-321-4678 ext 2 or 757-416-6575 ext 2)to speak directly to a System Administrator. They have access to all the data and can advise on what led to the suspension as well as help with solutions.
