Hello and thanks for contacting us. Registering a new domain may take up to 24 hours before you're able to use it. But you'll still be able to work on your webserver/website during that time and the domain is normally active within the hour. If you have any issues with a newly registered domain, contact Live Support for further assistance to ensure there were no issues during the registration process.

Hello info.atelierantea, Thank you for your question about the non-resolution of your new domain. I advise checking with our Live Support team, so they may verify your account and check the status of the domain. Best, Christopher M.

Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues accessing your site. I can view the site fine. When you say your access is denied, are you trying to log into the back end of the site? Do you mean you are trying to access the cPanel?

Kindest Regards,

Hello Campy,

I checked the account, and it appears to be in the name of allenportmarina-temp.com, not allenportmarina.com. You can currently use http://ecbiz126.inmotionhosting.com/cpanel to login to the Cpanel, but you will need to request a change of the primary domain in order to use the domain name of allenportmarina.com as a primary domain. I sent the Primary Domain Change email to you while writing this reply. You will need to send the reply to the Primary Domain Change email in order to get the correct email associated with the account.

Please verify the account name and if you continue to have problems accessing a second account, then contact live support via phone/email/chat.
