Wait Times on Phone

Phone wait times are incredibly long and getting longer. You need more representatives. What are your plans to address the horrendous wait times?

Apologies for the wait times for phone support. We do understand the need for more representatives on the phone. We are already in the process of hiring more support reps to cover the volume. This includes standing up a new support office, so our service support times should improve in the near future. You do have alternatives to phone support such as email and chat options.
