Inmotion erased my data even though I paid my debt. Please help!

Hello there.

I want to look for guidance in regards to an issue I had with Inmotion Hosting; our company has been using for a long time the hosting service and the servers, for the project in which we are working. Nevertheless, the situation with the pandemic negatively affected our income and we requested an extension for our due payment, then we realized all the data had been erased, all of our investment in the project, the work of more than 4 years. Of course, this alarmed us and we contacted customer support, we got some answers that actually did not help us in recovering our data, we tried to access our account and we were able to do so. If everything had been erased how is it that we were able to log in into our account? Facing this situation, we took the initiative of writing through this medium with the purpose of reaching an agreement with you, what could we do in order to recover the data for which we have worked for more than 4 years? What should our developers and programmers do to recover their work in your servers? We would like to keep using the services, but of course, on the condition of being able to recover the work we did in the platform, please.

We would be more than thankful for your collaboration, to reach a better agreement with Inmotion, as we have been customers since a long time. Hopefully, you can consider our request and give us some help.
